Before your trip, Dr. Barsha personally handles your medical screening — a real consultation, not a checkbox. She reviews your history, looks closely at any existing conditions, and works through your medication schedule so that you and your guides know exactly what to plan for at altitude. This health check is part of every EcoTourNepal package, not an add-on you have to ask for.
Once you are on the trail, she stays with you remotely: available by telemedicine and in direct contact with your guides, so an experienced doctor is only a call away if anything changes along the route.
